Parent Responsibilities

  1. Discuss the school rules with their students.
  2. Attend the Parents Meeting marked on the calendar which starts at 10:00 am. There will be no additional invitation unless it is a special circumstance.
  3. During examination periods, parents are not allowed on school campus as instructed by the ministry of education.
  4. In case of any complaints, Parents need to have them in writing to the related staff. Oral complaints are not considered.
  5. Support their students in the academic and social development and follow their progress at school.
  6. Discuss what their students have learnt at school and supervise homework.
  7. Track their student planner weekly if necessary to ensure that the student are in order with current work and to communicate with the staff for any concern.
  8. Attend and support school events when applicable.
  9. Ensure that school fees are paid on time.
  10. Ensure that their students reach the school on time and that they are picked up on time at the end of the school day.
  11.  Maintain the best level of attendance for their students.
  12. Support the school’s policies regarding attendance, uniform, tools, homework, ethics and behavior.
  13. Contact the school for an appointment before coming to school so that there is a time slot reserved for a parent-teacher meeting.
  14. Parents will be responsible for any damaged school property carried out by their child. The Parents and Students will then be informed that the school will withhold all records and grades until all accounts for damaged or lost property, as well as outstanding fees, are settled. (Property includes but not limited to: Desks, Doors, Windows, Chairs, School buses seat and window, etc.)
