Staff Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the education and learning experience
  2. Look after Students’ upbringing, safety and well-being.
  3. Preserve a high standard of education with a balance between Education and Learning. 
  4. Challenge and meet the needs of our Students, to realize their full potential.
  5. Communicate curriculum overviews and provide strategies for supporting progress at home through Parent engagement workshops and documentation.
  6. Supervise and report Students’ progress and effort throughout.
  7. Get in touch with Parents if there are issues or regarding attendance, attainment, progress, behaviour and attitude to study and learning.
  8. Organize Parent Teacher assemblies to discuss progress and effort.
  9. Make available information to Parents about school policies, news and activities.
  10. Answer enquiries within 24 hours during the working week.
