Student Responsibilities

  1. To Represent Bardy Core Values.
  2. To Uphold the highest possible level of attendance and cooperation.
  3. To Bring all of the tools needed for each school day.
  4. To Complete class work and homework to the best of ability on time.
  5. To Share the learning experience with the guardians and discuss any concerns.
  6. To Follow the school’s advice both in school and in the community.
  7. To Grow the knowledge and respect people’s cultures, beliefs, customs, festivals, traditions and feelings.
  8. To Communicate with teachers or the stage deputy for any kind of concern.
  9. To Deliver any communication between guardians and the school without delay.
  10. To Leave all personal valuables at home.
  11. To Always respect the school property. The Parent will be responsible for any damaged school property. Parents and Students are advised that the school will withhold all records and grades until all accounts for damaged or lost property, as well as outstanding fees, is settled. (Property includes but not limited to: Desks, Doors, Windows, Chairs, School buses seat and windows,..…etc.)
  12. If Requiring prescription medication, including inhalers, during the school day, the student must have a signed consent from their Parents/guardian before the medication can be dispensed. 
  13. If Attendance is regular for every school day, the student will receive a silver key in the annual ceremony. This is bestowed upon every Student who achieved a flawless attendance during the school year. Ten (10) years of continuous flawless attendance is awarded a gold key.
  14. The School does not accept responsibility in cases of loss of personal property. Therefore, no expensive items should be brought to school. Students should avoid bringing large sums of money to school. All property must be clearly and permanently marked with the name of the Student. 
  15. Mobile phones are allowed in school, but they must be handed to the administration as soon as they arrive in the morning. They will be able to take it back at the end of the school day before returning home.
  16. The students will be allowed to use the mobile phones only in special circumstances during school hours upon approval from the administration. If the student is caught with the mobile phone during school hours, it will be confiscated.
    • Only the parent can retrieve the phone that is confiscated.
  17. Students are not allowed to bring any of the following items to school:
    • Air rifles, Knives, Matches, Lighters, Illegal Substances, or dangerous items.
  18. Lost and Found is located at the Administration Office. Students who have lost a personal belonging should check with the Administration Office. Students must remember to label al their belonging items.
